Our products are always ready with well packed structure and ready to dispatch as soon as we receive the order. Customer can track the order with the given token number generated.   They can sit relaxed simply by only placing the order at home and wait for the product to delivered on hand.

Once the order is placed you will be notified via SMS or Email to confirm the order. Shipping charges are charged based the package size, weight, location etc. The COD charges will be applied extra over the shipping cost. The shipping costs are added to the final cost at the time of checkout.

It takes 2-4 business days for the order to be processed according to the availability. Once dispatched the delivery is made within 2-10 business days depending on the reachability of the location.

Products will be thoroughly examined before handing it over to the shipping company. our products are shipped through third party shipping service company SHIPROCKET .

For any return or exchange please read our RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY. PlanetClothing is not responsible for any damages once the delivery is made. Delivery details will be sent to you once the product is dispatched and can be tracked by the ID given. The delivery person will contact you on the day of delivery. If the order is cod the product will be handed over upon payment for the product.
Our delivery executives will reach you on call and sms during the time of delivery. If the customer is not reachable even after multiple attempts ,the package will be delivered on the given address to available person on the address with a signature or the package will be returned to our warehouse and the customer is charged for the return shipping and also new shipping charge is to be paid to receive the package again .PlanetClothings will not be liable for wrong person hand over.

For COD orders the customer verification is made through OTP via sms or email during the time of order placement. COD cancellation during the delivery is strictly prohibited.
